How To Use SanaControls Customers HelpDesk.

SanaControls HelpDesk portal is simple and easy to use.

Our portal can be used to submit new support requests / view and track older requests

use this link always to visit the portal -> https://sanacontrols.com/helpdesk/

when you visit the portal click Submit a ticket then chose Maintenance Support Request for regular priority and chose Emergency Maintenance Support Request for high and critical priority, for warranty claims chose Warranty Claims.

note that: if your request is for warranty claims, Kindly read and execute the required steps concluded in document (user inspections and procedures during and after warranty).

 

after submitting new ticket you will get your unique ticket tracking ID that can be used to check that status of your request and reply to our stuff, You also will be notified by email for any update by our support representative.

 

to view tickets that you have submitted before click View ticket enter the tracking ID and your email then you can view the status of your case, reply and more.
